The minimum booking is 6 hours. If you need longer-term support, I can also discuss arrangements for several days or weeks.
Can you work remotely?
Yes. I can provide remote conveyancing and consultancy support where the arrangement allows it, as well as office-based support. I have a professional office premises available, I can work paperless or collect and drop of files from your offices on a daily or weekly basis - location dependant.
Where are you based?
Preston Lancashire, and available nationwide. Office-based locum support is available within 40 miles of Preston with no extra charge. Bookings over 40 miles: travel is charged at 45p per mile or a reasonable train fare where rail travel is more appropriate. Accommodation is not normally charged, with the exception of London where a contribution can be discussed and agreed in advance.
Can you work outside the North West?
Yes. Nationwide locum work can be possible depending on the arrangement. For work outside the North West, I provide bespoke quotes based on the location, travel and booking requirements.
Are Central London bookings available?
Yes, Central London bookings can be considered. Travel and accommodation costs would be discussed and agreed separately before the booking is confirmed.
Do you offer discounts for longer bookings?
Yes. Reduced rates may be available for longer bookings. Message me with the dates and support you need and I can provide a bespoke quote.
What types of conveyancing work can you support with?
I can support with residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold work, remortgages, transfers of equity, probate-related property work, unregistered property, auctions and post-completion work.
Is there a booking fee?
Yes. A £300 non-refundable booking fee is payable when your booking is confirmed. Please see my Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy for full details.
