Can pick up and drop off paper files locally within 25 miles of Preston, Lancashire.
Office attendance is available locally within 20 miles of Preston, Lancashire, or nationwide with accommodation and travel expenses negotiable.
Remote Daily - 7 hours
£350 or £50 per hour, minimum of 4 hours
Full conveyancing services.
Office attendance available 20 miles from Preston.
Freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages & auctions.
File collection and drop off available.
Freehold Title Review and Raise Enquiries
£45 per matter
Email or post the documents & searches. I will review and raise enquiries.
I can also collect files locally.
Leasehold Title Review and Enquiries
£65 per matter
Email the contract pack.
Review all documents, searches, management pack & raise enquiries.
Post-completion only
£45 per matter
Submit AP1 and documentation to the Land Registry (SDLT submission £10 additional)
Sales Draft contract packs

Email the memo of sale, and I will prepare the contract pack.
